O!PLA FOCUS ON POLAND vol. 12 is a special program presenting the winners and selected movies of the 12th O!PLA Animation Festival (2024) – the biggest festival in Poland focused on Polish animation.
As always the only Jury at O!PLA was the audience. In 2024 from 93 cities in Poland (O!PLA means „Oh! Polish Animation”, but also: “Oh! People Love Animation”). O!PLA FOCUS ON POLAND is an annual prestigious selection; an amazing mix of techniques, styles, and emotions showing what happens in modern Polish animation, but sometimes from a completely different, surprising angle.

With hope to break a creative impasse, the woman pores over a blank piece of paper, drinking a half-empty glass of wine. The fear of failure haunts her at every step, taking the form of wine red. Award: The Silver Bundle O!PLA 2024
